Thanks for your interest in journal-writing that will tap the wisdom within. I’d love to share two of my favorite journal-writing exercises.
One I call ‘Head, Heart, Gut‘. It’s a quick way to get engaged with your thoughts when you don’t know where to start. The other is a Change Journey Tracker. It’s based on my 25+ years in the change management business — it’s both a prompt to keep taking steps forward, and a reminder (permission!) that the path is not a straight line.
